Letter From The Editor

COMRADES AND READERS!

Another month has gone by and I missed 'The Battle of Berlin', one of the best Red Army events ever! Such is life, my friends, that our "real world" commitments cause us to be vacant from places we truly wish to be. Our photography section in this issue features images from that incredible event.

My time in Minsk is drawing to a close. I received my marching orders from STAVKA and will be reporting back to the 8th Guards Mechanical Corps HQ this coming spring! This will make it much easier for me to edit Frontovaya Illyustratsiya and to continue the RKKA Drill Manual for STAVKA.

Until the time we can sit around the fire and tell stories face to face, I remain your faithful Editor -
