EAST BRIDGEWATER, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) – A store in East Bridgewater may have a little more to offer than antiques.
Lorrie Parker, owner of Ms Swift’s & Moore Antiques and Collectibles, said she thought her store was haunted. She told WBZ’s Chris Fama that she has seen her fair share of haunted events over the years.
“There’s a music box in the toy room that’s been playing on its own for 13 years,” Parker said.

That’s not all, Parker said, a woman visiting the store once told him she saw a man in a top hat walk through the store’s unopened front door in the middle of the night. The shop, located on West Union Street in East Bridgewater, is in a former Masonic building that also served as a funeral home.
“You’ve heard the expression if the walls could talk, well, these walls want their story told,” Parker said.
In fact, Travel Channel will tell the story of the walls and other events in the store. The store is slated to appear on “Kindred Spirits,” a show that investigates cases of paranormal and unexplained activity. The episode airs at 10 p.m. on Saturday, December 18.
